Granting login access to Sertifi support in Classic
If you choose to implement the Sertifi for Salesforce Quick Install, you should grant login access to your Salesforce org to Sertifi support so they can make the appropriate updates to your account.
You must grant access to Sertifi for at least 7 days, so that support can accurately set up your Sertifi app and troubleshoot any issues that might arise.

You don't need to give Sertifi support the password to your Salesforce org. However, you should include your organization ID when making your integration request.
Granting access
To grant Sertifi access to your Salesforce org:
- Login to your Salesforce org.
- Navigate to your name in the top-right hand side of the page.
- Click the name dropdown.
- Click My Setup or My Settings from the dropdown list.
- Click Personal in Personal on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click Grant Login Access.
- Grant login access to Sertifi for 7 days.
